The made-up founder
Marisol Vega started with a skillet, a route map, and a notebook full of salsa ideas.
In this demo story, Marisol grew up helping her aunt prep weekend market meals. Years later, she bought a small red-and-teal truck, named it Roja Verde, and built a rotating menu around smoky red chiles and bright green salsas.
The business is fictional, but the needs are real enough for a website demo: customers need to understand the food, check the weekly route, ask about catering, share dietary needs, and leave event details without calling during lunch rush.
