Founder

Mckieth "Obe" Arradondo

Born in Florida and raised in Georgia, Obe grew up as a military child. His mother's military career spanned about 20 years of Army and Reserve service, and moving between communities taught him to adapt, listen, and appreciate the different ways people live and work. He has called Washington home since 2010 and has grown to appreciate it along the way.

His interest in technology became a formal path through an associate degree focused on computer science and programming from Clover Park Technical College and a bachelor's degree in Information Technology from the University of Washington Tacoma.

Obe founded SkyGrid Development to help small businesses establish themselves online, compete in an increasingly connected world, and grow with digital tools that fit the way they actually work. He remains hands-on throughout each engagement—meeting with clients, shaping the plan, coding the solution, and supporting launch and handoff—while staying accountable for business direction, client fit, delivery standards, and the continuity of each relationship.

Small-business purposeKeep each project connected to a practical goal: helping the business serve customers, operate with more clarity, or compete more effectively online.
Direct involvementStay engaged from early conversations through planning, coding, testing, launch, and handoff so clients are not passed between disconnected roles.
Accountable deliveryMake scope, decisions, risks, ownership, and what comes next clear throughout the engagement.
